an order from jack with a side of a senior discount

I've been to Jack N the Box many times. I generally go for their jalapeno poppers, which I believe they should offer in a 5 piece, but instead, depending on my mood or the growlings of my tummy, I'll order a 3 or 7 piece with ranch dip.

The other day I did my usually 3-piece jalapenos, and to treat myself, as if the jalapenos weren't enough, I treated myself to a diet coke too.

When I got to the drive through, I handed the cashier my debit card, which is usually my form of payment. She then turned to the register and said, "Oh! I forgot your discount!' The cost wasn't much, but a whole lot more than some can afford, but what struck me odd was the discount on my order. I thought to myself, 'that's super sweet of her (a cashier I had somewhat of a rapport with), I figured she must have given me a discount because of our rapport, and then, the more I thought about it, long after the jalapenos were gone, I chuckled to myself thinking, 'or did I get a senior discount?' Either way, I was, and still am a happy camper. #57rocks!
